At the top you see a tally chart. It shows how much there is of each thing.
Below it the same data is shown as a bar chart.
Exactly one bar is drawn wrong, it is too high or too low.
Count each tally and compare it with the height of the bar.
Circle the wrong bar and write the correct number next to it.
The circled bar shows the solution.

Read a tally chart and a bar chart as two views of the same data and check that they match.
Common pitfalls
Children often count the tally marks inaccurately. Tip: every bundle is exactly 5, then add the single marks.
How to practice at home
Collect things at home (buttons, stones) and draw a tally chart and a bar chart for them. Put a mistake in on purpose and have it found.
