Hundred Chart

The hundred chart shows all numbers from 1 to 100.
A row counts in steps of 1, a column in steps of 10.

Numbers are missing in the empty fields, fill them in!
Look at the neighbours above, below, left and right.

The numbers already filled in show the solution.

Example

  • 4,23,47,68,92

For parents

What does this exercise practice?

The hundred chart helps children understand the number sequence and place value structure.

Common pitfalls

When jumping from one row to the next, the tens digit changes. Saying it out loud helps.

How to practice at home

Hop back and forth on the chart with your finger, "+10" goes one row down, "−10" one row up.
