A face is a side of the solid, an edge is the line between two faces, a corner is the point where edges meet.

Round solids like the sphere have no corners and no edges.
The number filled in shows the solution.

For parents
What does this exercise practice?
Confidently use the terms corner, edge and face and know the properties of the most important solids.
Common pitfalls
Children mix up edges and corners. Tracing along a real object helps, the line is the edge, the pointed spot is the corner.
How to practice at home
