The spider wheel has a number in the middle.
On every spoke there is a second number.
Calculate from the middle outward and write the result in the outer field.
Example: In the middle is 8, on one spoke is 3.
You calculate 8 · 3 = 24, so 24 goes into the outer field.
If a result is already shown outside, you look for the matching spoke number.
This way you work your way around the whole spider.
